Williams College '62 Center for Theatre and Dance is looking for a dedicated House Manager for public events. This position is responsible for the comfort and safety of the audience and will manage a team of student ushers. A person in this position should be friendly, courteous, informed, cooperative with all patrons, and work calmly under pressure. Efficient and professional supervision of the activities surrounding events is essential. Work dates are irregular throughout the academic year and coincide with the events schedule. Hours are generally required in the evenings Thursday-Saturday, mid-September through mid-December as well as mid-January through mid-May. Additional hours available throughout the year assisting with visiting artist services including, but not limited to, supply runs, food pickup, green room and catering setup. Experience in house management is preferred. Support for CPR, First Aid, AED certification and training provided. This is a temporary employment position.
