Job Description:
Budget Title: Senior staff Assistant (SL-3)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 (full-time, temporary)
The House Operations Director provides leadership and oversight for all front-of-house operations at the Anderson Center for the Performing Arts at Binghamton University. This temporary position is responsible for ensuring safe, professional, and welcoming guest experiences for audiences attending performances and events while supervising staff, volunteers, and house management personnel.
The House Operations Director manages staffing operations, volunteer coordination, event logistics, patron services, training programs, and emergency response procedures while collaborating closely with production teams, event organizers, campus partners, and university leadership.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and setting the tone and atmosphere for audience engagement and customer service throughout the venue.
