Housekeeper, Central Site

This is a full-time and permanent position with a starting date around 15 October 2025. The Housekeeper at Central Site manages the accommodation by maintaining a safe and pleasant environment and ensuring that accommodation and furnishings are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and in good repair throughout the year.

Working hours on weekdays are from 07:30 to 15:30, including one-hour unpaid lunch break, for 7 hours per day (35 hours a week). Central Site is best accessible by foot or public transport.

Duties

• To manage the work of the Housekeeping Team, ensuring that high standards of performance and conduct are maintained
• To ensure that the accommodation is kept clean and ready for use when required
• To work closely with the Conference and Events Office to ensure bedrooms and Conference Rooms are readily prepared
• To work with the Head of Housekeeping Services to provide appropriate overtime cover and extra staff as and when required
