Job Description Summary

Performs general housekeeping duties as directed. Responsible for the cleaning of guestrooms and suites.

Essential Functions:

• Cleans all surface areas, changes and replaces soiled linen, removes all trash and debris, and vacuums each guestroom or suite on a daily basis.
• Maintains proper cleaning techniques in accordance with the standards set by the Conference Center.
• Cleans a minimum of 13 rooms daily, including stay-overs and checkouts, singles or doubles.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. and one year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
