Housekeeper - Temporary
Position Summary
This position provides cleaning services primarily in hotel guest rooms. The housekeeper is responsible for responding to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel, and maintaining accurate records of tasks completed and time worked. The housekeeper is also responsible for keeping their cart stocked with the necessary cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens. This position may also be assigned to clean other areas maintained by the housekeeping department as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Clean rooms and make beds in hotel (80%)
- Maintain cart with supplies and linens (10%)
- Assist in cleaning other areas of hotel (5%)
- Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings (5%)
