Position Summary
Join our team as an HR Analyst 2 and play an important role in supporting the department's day-to-day human resources operations. In this position, you will coordinate a variety of personnel, payroll, timekeeping, and funding transactions for academic, student, postdoctoral, staff, and affiliate populations. Salary & Compensation

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of human resources, academic personnel, and payroll administration principles and practices (Required)
- Skill in accurately reviewing and processing personnel and payroll transactions (Required)
- Working knowledge of payroll funding and financial transaction processes (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to review detailed personnel, payroll, timekeeping, and funding information for accuracy and completeness (Required)
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, guidelines, and collective bargaining agreement provisions (Required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills (Required)
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy (Required)
- Skill in maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential personnel and administrative records (Preferred)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (Required)
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer-service skills (Required)
- Ability to use computerized administrative systems, databases, spreadsheets, and standard office software (Required)

Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related field (Required) Or
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in human resources, payroll, academic personnel, or administrative operations. (Required)
