HR Administrator

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Administrator to join our busy and collaborative Human Resources team. Reporting to the Senior HR Coordinator, the role provides high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle and plays a vital part in the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations at Cambridge Judge Business School.
You will act as one of the first points of contact for HR-related queries, supporting staff and managers with accurate, timely and professional advice. The role involves close working with the whole HR Team and the wider CJBS community, as well as providing support to the Head of People.
The successful candidate will have relevant administrative experience, ideally gained within an HR environment, and be comfortable working across multiple processes in a regulated setting. You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work sensitively and confidentially.
We anticipate interviews will be held week commencing 20th April.
