The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to be the go-to person for the smooth running of its HR platforms. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day administration, support and configuration across Oracle Cloud HCM, Ascender Payroll, and Ecoportal (H&S), while also helping lift system confidence across HR and the wider business. If you like being the person who knows how things work end-to-end, enjoy solving problems, and can coach others then you will enjoy this role.

The Role
- Administer and support Oracle Cloud HCM, Ascender Payroll, and Ecoportal
- Maintain core structures, apply approved configurations, manage bulk uploads
- Monitor and improve data quality; support audit and compliance needs
- Coordinate and perform testing (regression/UAT) for releases and changes
- Provide practical coaching and guidance to HR users and managers
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues and recurring problems
- Contribute to continuous improvement across systems and processes
Your Fit
- Strong Oracle HCM capability or similar
- Good understanding of HR processes and how systems support them
- Confident communicator across HR, IT, and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable with structured support practices (ITIL or similar)
