Compensation & Benefits Analytics: Provide salary benchmarking, equity analysis, and evaluate benefits utilization for cost-effectiveness.

Talent & Organizational Insights: Track recruitment metrics, support performance review cycles, and assist with succession planning through data analysis.

Compliance & Audit: Prepare documentation for audits and ensure adherence to institutional, federal, and state regulations.

Training and education: Design and draft training and resource materials for human resources and community members to utilize HRIS systems to optimize system usage.

Establish and maintain the data standards, validation rules, and audit practices governing core HR data in Oracle Cloud HCM; ensure HR data quality in partnership with TDI and represent the HR office on the College's data governance committee and related functions.

Serve as the campus technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM; translate functional requirements from HR and partner offices into sound system solutions; advise campus partners on system capability and constraints, and recommend business process best practices

Assists with various projects, assigned by AVP of Human Resources

Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• 3-5 years of experience
• On-going Oracle Fusion HCM administration and configuration to support operations, system updates, and the release of new functionality
• Develop data management practices and audits to maintain high-quality data
• Report building and dashboard creation
• Serve as HR data subject matter expert for validation of external compliance reporting
• Act as a liaison to campus partners on the appropriate use and sharing of HR data
