Description
We are seeking motivated, community-focused professionals to join our team to deliver relationship education programming to adults across West Virginia through a partnership with the Department of Human Services.
This is a temporary opportunity ideal for individuals with experience in education, parent engagement, community outreach, or human services who enjoy facilitation, partnership development, and meaningful community impact.
What You'll Do
Direct Education (Approx. 70%)
* Deliver evidence-based and research-based relationship education curriculum to adult participants across an 11-county region.
* Facilitate engaging, interactive educational sessions
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders
* Collaborate with partners across West Virginia and nationally to align programming efforts
* Travel independently to program sites (valid driver's license required)
Program Coordination (Approx. 20%)
* Assist with outreach and scheduling of program delivery
* Maintain and update program materials
* Purchase and manage supplies for programming
* Document program successes, challenges, and participation
Program Evaluation & Reporting (Approx. 10%)
* Track and maintain accurate program data
* Assist with survey and focus group data collection
* Support evaluation efforts for grant reporting
Pay Grade: 15
Length of Assignment: 6 Months
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in education, parent engagement, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and standard technology platforms.
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
* Ability to travel extensively, including possible overnight stays
