Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities
The HyFlex (Hybrid-Flexible) class delivery combines in-person and online learning, giving students the flexibility to choose how they will participate. In a HyFlex course, students can attend in-person, participate synchronously online via video conferencing tools, or engage asynchronously through recorded lectures and digital materials. This approach ensures that students can tailor their learning experience to fit their personal schedules and preferences.
Assistants will support the delivery of Hyflex courses at Fairmont State; and on average will work 10-15 hours per week (usually daytime hours, but may include some evenings).

- Ahead of the class start time, assist with technology setup, troubleshooting as necessary, so that class can begin upon the professors arrival.
