Schedules and coordinates the efficient distribution of products in order to satisfy customer demand. Analyzes and revises shipment plans as required. Works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy of shipment records. Determines reorder points and ensures that sufficient levels of inventory are maintained. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt. 0-2 years of experience Excel spreadsheets and manipulation of data Customer Service expertise; interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Time management and prioritization skills Previous experience with medical terminology Experience with a variety of clinical specialties & patient populations Comfortable with data/analysis This position will work an 8-hour shift scheduled between the hours of 6:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act.
