About the Department: The Department of Management Studies (DMS) provides quality management education and offers MBA, BBA, and Doctoral programs. It is engaged in research projects and industry interactions.

Title of the Project: Applications are invited for the ICSSR project entitled "Enhancing Mental Health Outcomes among Youth through Effective Mental Health Literacy Interventions: A Comparative Study of Higher Secondary and University-based Programs in Select States of South India".

Essential Qualifications:

• For Field Investigator: Post Graduate in relevant subject or Social Science with minimum 55% marks.
• For Research Associate: Ph.D/M.Phil/NET/Post Graduate in relevant subject with 55% marks and 2 years of research experience.
• For Research Assistant: Ph.D/M.Phil/Post Graduate in relevant subject with 55% marks.

Desirable Qualifications: Strong background in Social Science Research, knowledge in Data Analysis tools like SPSS, R-Studio, Python, and Structural Equation Modelling.

Age Limit: Below 35 years.

Remuneration: Research Associate @ 47,000/- per month, Research Assistant @ 37,000/- per month, Field Investigator @ 20,000/- per month (including HRA, no other benefits).

Project Tenure: 10 months for Research Associate, 6 months for Research Assistant, 1 month for Field Investigator.

Job Location: Select districts of Karnataka, Tamilnadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
