Offer Description
The project is aimed at identifying and validating clinical, molecular, and multi-omic biomarkers associated with the progression of chronic damage to the transplanted organ. By integrating clinical, biological, and molecular data obtained from patients undergoing solid organ transplantation, the project aims to: identify biomarkers linked to the gradual loss of function of the transplanted organ; define molecular and biological profiles related to chronic rejection, fibrosis, and graft deterioration; evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic value of emerging biomarkers in association with clinical and histopathological parameters; develop precision medicine tools for monitoring and managing patients who have received a solid organ transplant.
