Impact and Evaluation Officer

You'll use both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive continuous improvement, influence key priorities, and help deliver our mission of creating accessible opportunities and enhancing success for future built environment professionals. 

This is a brilliant opportunity to use evidence and data to shape strategy, improve outcomes, and contribute to the University’s vision to be the centre of excellence for built environment education. 

Your accountabilities and responsibilities include: 

• Design, implement and continuously improve evaluation frameworks for institutional projects, programmes and interventions
• Produce dashboards, scorecards and performance reports for senior leaders and committees
• Engage with sector networks to identify emerging best practice in evaluation, student outcomes and widening participation 

Our main requirements: 

• Previous experience in conducting programme, project or service evaluations
• Previous experience monitoring outcomes and measuring impact against objectives
• Knowledge of impact evaluation methodologies
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships
