Your next career opportunity
As an Infrastructure Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting FEIT's research and teaching environments. You'll manage facility requirements, lead small infrastructure projects, and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless transitions into new spaces. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your project management skills while contributing to the operational excellence of a prestigious faculty.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver Professional Support: Ensure effective resolution of infrastructure and facility service issues.
  • Manage Facility Operations: Oversee maintenance, security access, and room bookings to optimise facility use.
  • Lead Project Delivery: Manage small infrastructure projects and support major initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-conscious completion.
  • Develop Building User Guides: Create guides for new facilities to enable safe, effective use.

You may be a great fit if:

You possess a relevant degree or trade qualification with experience in facilities management and infrastructure projects, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

You may also:

  • Have experience in delivering minor infrastructure projects and engaging multiple trade groups.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in team and independent settings.
  • Be knowledgeable about Australian occupational health and safety legislation.
  • Hold a current Victorian Driver's Licence and be comfortable driving in city traffic.
  • Have a mindset geared towards customer service and continuous improvement.
