Infrastructure Support Coordinator
We have an opportunity for a Support Coordinator to join our small team in the Department of Campus Infrastructure.
Campus Infrastructure is a diverse and busy department covering the development, maintenance and upkeep of the University’s buildings.
The role is varied and the team acts as the central function to co-ordinate all maintenance work received from staff, working closely with the Office and Workshop teams to provide reactive and planned maintenance across the Estate. The post is diverse and involves dealing with a wide range of matters in support of the various functions of the Department.
About you
You should be able to prioritise workload in a reactive environment and have:
- strong organisational skills.
- previous experience in an administrative background.
- excellent customer service and communication skills.
- an ability to use your own initiate and problem solve.
- be able to prioritise workload in a reactive environment.
A good understanding of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel is required but training will be given in the use of University specific software such as Archibus and Agresso.

This role is offered on a full-time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis. Core hours are between 8.00am and 4.20pm and scheduled among the team so flexibility is important, working on campus 5 days per week. Working from home for 1 day per week on a rota basis may be utilised where operationally possible.
