This area codes inpatient medical records to facilitate the reimbursement and data collection for the individual business units of the OSU Medical Center and The James Cancer Hospital. ICD-10-CM/PCS codes are assigned for the diagnoses and procedures for all inpatients treated within the OSU Health System.
