The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a key role in connecting with customers, generating sales opportunities, and supporting our growth. This is a position working from Guelph, the position is hybrid.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English; French is a must.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
