Position: Responsibilities will be to provide clerical assistance for quality improvement and planning processes, to compile college enrollment and outcome reports, and assist with administration of internal surveys. The role will also handle scheduling logistics for meetings and travel, compiling data for student outcomes, institutional information, effectiveness, and planning. Additionally, the assistant will respond to requests for information and complete reports. Candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills, great attention to detail, and be able to manage time well.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred, while a combination of post-secondary education and work experience is preferred. Preference given to candidates with experience in project management, data management, and utilization of Microsoft software tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SQL, Access, etc.). Salary range begins at $17.88 per hour, depending on qualifications, approximately 28 hours per week, generally between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
