Job Title: Institutional Work Study - Admissions Ambassador
Campus Location: ASU Searcy
Job Description:
The Admissions Office on the Searcy Campus is seeking (2) Institutional Work Study students at 15 hours each per week for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 terms. Duties include:
- Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate office
- Provide guided campus tours to guests on a regular schedule
- Assist with campus recruitment events and campus tours
- Assist with answering the phone, copying, and prospective student outreach
- Basic computer skills. data entry, mailing
Required Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge. Comfortable talking to prospective students and giving campus tours. The ability to lift 20 lbs., walk across campus, and stand for extended periods of time at a recruiting table or on a campus tour.
Minimum Salary or Salary Range:
$11.00 per hour

Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded.
