Job Description:

The Office of Student Life is seeking (4) Institutional Work Study students at 10 hours each per week for the Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 terms. Duties include: Assist full-time staff with scheduling events, tournaments, and programs; Ensure that student-athletes and staff behavior, as well as, program reputation are in alignment with the institution’s values and mission; Submit IT work order tickets for technical issues with the equipment; Monitor and provide general cleaning of the Vanguard Esports Lounge; Promote Esports and the Gaming Club at tabling and recruitment events.

Required Qualifications:

Novice or intermediate proficiency in gaming technology. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Evening and weekend work as required.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range:

$11.00 per hour
