Instructor/Assistant Professor, Cybersecurity and Network Management

Anticipated Start Date: January 2026 or August 2026
Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate cybersecurity and network management (CNM) courses on campus and online, which may include: information technology, network services, operating systems, network infrastructure, defensive cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance, operational technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity, or other classes as needed. Duties include developing and maintaining on-campus and online CNM courses and laboratories, assisting with the Association of CNM Students and CyberTeam student groups, liaising with industry partners, and actively participating in student outreach and recruitment activities.
Minimum Education Requirements: Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Network Management (CNM), Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience in cybersecurity and/or information technology.
Note: If the successful candidate is master's prepared, the position will be filled as a non-tenure track, instructor. If the successful candidate holds a terminal degree appropriate for the position, the position will be filled as a tenure-track, assistant professor.
