Job Summary:
The Division of Hospital Medicine, Department of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Anschutz Medical Campus seeks hospitalists at the Instructor level to join our vibrant hospitalist group practicing and teaching Hospital Medicine in 1-year intensive faculty development program. The participants of this program will work part-time as hospital medicine faculty, attending on resident and advanced practice provider teaching services. The remainder of time is dedicated to the advancement of skills in reasoning, critical appraisal, and Point-of-Care ultrasonography (POCUS).

Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Must have medical degree MD/DO
- Completion of 3-year ACGME-accredited internal medicine
residency program (or other programs that involve training in
internal medicine, such as Medicine/Pediatrics joint
residency)

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range ( or hiring range ) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$130,156 - $160,192 depending on Clinical FTE (cFTE).
Clinical Scholars can choose the amount of clinical time they wish to work. Compensation will vary based on this choice – see options below.
0.65 cFTE - $130,156
0.70 cFTE - $140,168
0.75 cFTE - $150,180
0.80 cFTE - $160,192
The above salary range ( or hiring range ) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
