Offer Description
DESCRIPTION (subject, expectations, comments):
The competition may be joined by those who meet the conditions of the Act from 20.07.2018 specified in the Law on Higher Education (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1571).
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
- Hold at least a Master’s degree in Nursing;
- Hold a valid licence to practise as a nurse;
- Have a specialisation in paediatric nursing;
- Have documented professional experience of at least 2 years in healthcare organisations;
- Be able to deliver practical classes on the subject of ‘Paediatrics and Paediatric Nursing’ for students of the Higher School of Nursing in Chełm (PANS) studying Nursing at the Independent Public Healthcare Centre in Parczew, subject to the approval of the Hospital Director;
- Be available for full-time employment as the primary place of work;
- Be fluent in Polish;
- Be available to work according to the schedule of classes and organizational tasks;
- Be proficient in computer use, including knowledge of applications for conducting distance learning.
Remuneration:
The remuneration of an employee (female/male) at PANS in Chełm consists of a basic salary and a seniority allowance calculated in accordance with the Regulations on the Remuneration of Employees of the University College of Applied Sciences in Chelm, the consolidated text of which constitutes Appendix 2 to Order No. 50/ 2023 of the Rector of PANS in Chełm of 17 May 2023 on the introduction of amendments to the Regulations on the Remuneration of Employees of the State School of Higher Education in Chelm (as amended), constituting fixed components of remuneration.
In addition to the fixed components of remuneration agreed in the employment contract, the employee (female/male) may also receive:
- a functional allowance;
- a task allowance;
- remuneration for overtime;
- an allowance for overtime work;
- a rector's allowance;
- an allowance for organisational activities;
which constitute variable components of remuneration.
In addition, eligible persons are entitled to the following work-related benefits:
- additional annual remuneration (the so-called “thirteenth salary”);
- jubilee award;
- business travel allowances;
- medical package;
- severance pay;
- other benefits provided for in separate regulations.
The Social Benefits Fund may be used to finance or co-finance social benefits or services specified in the Regulations on the creation and management of the company social benefits fund at the State University of Applied Sciences in Chełm.

- Statement of fulfillment of requirements of the article 113, Act from 20.07.2018 specified in the Law onHigher Education (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1571).
- A statement that the candidate (female/male) consents to the processing of personal data for the needs necessary to carry out the recruitment process, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation / RODO).
- Nepotism Statement.
- Declaration of no criminal record for the offences specified in Chapter XIX and XXV of the Penal Code, in Article 189a and Article 207 of the Penal Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 383, as amended) and in the Act of 29 July 2005 on Counteracting Drug Addiction (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1939, as amended), or for prohibited acts corresponding to these offences specified in the provisions of foreign law.
- Statement on the functioning of the internal reporting and follow-up procedure at the University.
Documents should be submitted till 17.09.2026in the University College of Applied Sciences Office 22-100 Chełm, 54 Pocztowa Street. The date of receiving the documents by the University College of Applied Sciences in Chelm is crucial.
The documents should be submittedin a sealed envelope labeled “Contest for the position of Instructor (female/male) - health sciences 1”
The competition will be decided on 30.09.2026 r.
Planned date of employment: 01.10.2026 r.
PANS in Chelm reserves the right to cancel the competition without selecting a candidate.

- A person entering the recruitment is required to provide data in the scope resulting from art. 221 of the Labor Code and special provisions regarding employment in a given position. Providing data to a wider extent than results from the provisions is voluntary. The basis for data processing are the law and consent, in relation to data that goes beyond the area resulting from the provisions.
- The data will not be disclosed to external entities, except in cases provided for by law or in the event that the University entrusts third parties with the processing of such data. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
- The data will be processed during the recruitment period, and in the case of data processed on the basis of consent, until any objection is made or the consent is withdrawn, and after that time for archival purposes as well as for the purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law to secure any claims.
- The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The data subject has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
- Submitting a request to delete data or withdrawing consent to data processing during the recruitment process is tantamount to resignation from participation in the recruitment process conducted by the University College of Applied Sciences in Chełm.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection for unlawful processing of personal data.
- Personal data will not be subject to automatic decision making or profiling.
- Detailed rights of a person as well as definitions of individual terms related to the protection of personal data are specified in the RODO.
