The faculty of Professional Studies is dedicated to supporting students' skills by integrating multiple knowledge bases essential for navigating the complex and interconnected challenges of today's world, particularly those that involve multiple disciplines. Major/Essential Functions
Instructor, HRDV, School of Professional Studies, TTU Online
Teaching online and/or micro-credentialing courses in Human Resource Development, Leadership for the School of Professional Studies degree program. Job assignment is dependent on the needs of the department. Contributes to the university's mission through teaching and course development. Participates in required trainings/reviews/assessments or similar.
Faculty Qualifications
Terminal Degree (PhD, JD, or equivalent) in one of the following areas:
- Human Resources (HR), including a JD with relevant HR work experience
Master's Degree in one of the following areas:
- Human Resources (HR)
- MBA with an HR focus
- Candidates who hold a completed master's degree in any field and have completed 18 credit hours in the above specified areas or have relevant combination of appropriate credit hours and work experience (as determined by the academic unit) will be considered.
