Instructor in Business Administration
The MBA Program of Booth University College invites applications for multiple part-time Instructor positions in Business Administration (with a variety of specializations in Marketing, Accounting, Data Analyses & Research Methods, CSR, Leadership). The successful candidates will teach, supervise graduate students and serve on various committees across the Master of Business Administration program. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated experience in graduate-level Business programs.
Core Responsibilities:
Teaching Faculty teaching responsibilities normally include four graduate level courses per year. Additional teaching responsibilities may be assigned as required.
Service The successful candidates will serve different committees across the Master of Business Administration program.
Advising/Supervision The faculty member will be responsible for advising assigned numbers of students in the program provide supervision of final program projects. At half-time employment, faculty will be required to supervise two or more graduate level projects per cohort.
Qualifications: All applicants must possess a PhD/DBA or hold equivalent teaching experience at the graduate level. Candidates with work in progress in doctoral studies will be considered if there is evidence of extensive teaching experience. (Candidates with a combination of CPA and MBA will be considered for accounting courses with a minimum of five years of executive work experience.) Satisfactory Criminal Record Check certificate must be provided. The successful candidate must have an active Christian faith and a commitment to the integration of faith and learning in a Christian university-level setting.

This is a part-time position at 18.75 hours per week. The anticipated starting date for the position is between August to September 2026. The position provides the opportunity to work in a stimulating university college environment with a mission-driven purpose.
