Description

The Department of Media is looking for qualified applicants to teach as adjunct faculty for Spring 2025 and/or Fall 2025. Teaching assignment, if needed, may include courses in media production, sports production, media law, media ethics, media promotion, media management and broadcast news and sports journalism.

Minimum Qualifications

Masters degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment in one of the following areas; Telecommunications, Media, Radio and Television, Communication Studies or Speech Communication. Or Bachelors degree with at least 3 years of media related experience.

Authorization to work in the US Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Teaching experience in media related courses at the collegiate level.

Required Certifications/Licensures

Pre-Employment Screening Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.
