This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person.
Texas Christian University is hiring for the position of Instructor in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis in the Neeley School of Business. The successful candidate will begin employment in August 2026.
The primary responsibilities for this position include teaching a range of finance and real estate courses at the undergraduate level. Applicants must have knowledge of financial decision-making by businesses, including evaluating financial statements, capital budgeting, cash flow management, and debt and equity valuation.
In addition, applicants should have a background in real estate finance, investment, and valuation, including topics such as real estate markets, real estate investment analysis, and risk-return considerations in real estate assets.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications. Candidates for the position should possess (or expect completion by August 2026) an earned master’s degree or doctorate degree. Preference will be given to candidates who provide evidence of excellence in teaching at the college level and who have professional experience in a business-related field.
