- Performing tasks related to the education of students;
- Participating in research work, as evidenced by academic publications;
- Actively participating in the organisational life of the academic community, including organisational activities for the benefit of the institute/chair;
- Academic development and publication of research findings in academic monographs and journals of national and international scope in Polish and a foreign language;
- Delivering high-quality teaching in Polish, whilst being prepared to teach in a foreign language;
- Carrying out tasks and fulfilling duties assigned by superiors;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education Level: Master Degree or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, specialising in Psychology;
- documented aptitude for the role of academic teacher, confirmed by a reference from an academic supervisor, head of department, director of an institute or line manager from a previous or current place of employment;
- documented, ongoing academic output in the discipline of psychology;
- additional skills and achievements confirmed by certificates, diplomas or other attestations;
- fluency in spoken and written Polish;
- knowledge of psychophysiology and the psychology of emotions.
