This is a renewable 9-month, non-tenure track position, with regular opportunities to teach during summer terms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in biological sciences related to human biology, including Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, and other related courses for majors and non-majors.
- Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction in both lecture and laboratory settings.
- Maintain appropriate course records, assessments, and grading consistent with departmental standards.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of course offerings.
- Stay current with best practices in biology education and integrate innovative teaching strategies.
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to teach majors and non-majors courses in anatomy and physiology and microbiology is desirable

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications
An earned Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, or related field.
