Job Description
At the College of Arts & Media (CAM)... Music & Entertainment Industry Studies is seeking a full-time Instructor specializing in songwriting. This non-tenure-track position will begin in August 2026.

Instructor of Songwriting
What you will do:
100% Teaching
As a Songwriting Instructor you will teach a variety of core and advanced courses...
• Teaching Load: 12 credit hours per semester...
• Instruction: Songwriting for Television and Film, etc.
• Advanced Instruction: Introduction to Audio Production, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Music or related... or tested experience such as recording with label, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
• Three years teaching experience...

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range... $55,000-60,000.
