Skills/Qualifications
I. Candidates may enter the competition if they meet the requirements set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1571, as amended) and satisfy the following qualification criteria:
- Hold a professional title of Master of Nursing,
- Hold a license to practice as a nurse,
- Possess experience in teaching at the higher education level,
- Possess documented practical experience in the nursing profession of at least 10 years,
- Fluent command of the Polish language (spoken and written),
- Willingness to work on-site.
Specific Requirements
II. Candidates entering the competition are required to submit the following documents:
- Job application: the application must include the following statement: "I voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents—where such data exceeds the scope required by law—for the purpose of the current recruitment process, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR."
- Personal data questionnaire for job applicants and a professional CV,
- Information on academic, teaching, and organizational achievements,
- Copies of diplomas certifying education (documents confirming the completion of internships, courses, and training);
- Documents confirming at least 10 years of professional experience as a nurse,
- Documents confirming teaching experience in higher education,
- Candidate’s statement regarding compliance with the requirements set out in Article 113 of the Act on Higher Education and Science,
- Candidate’s statement that the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Głogów will be their primary place of employment,
- Information clause regarding the processing of personal data at the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Głogów (GDPR).

Documents must be submitted in person to the Rector’s Office (Room 115) between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. or sent to the following address: Państwowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Głogowie, ul. Piotra Skargi 5, 67-200 Głogów. The envelope must be marked with the annotation: "Konkurs na stanowisko instruktora / instruktorki w Instytucie Nauk o Zdrowiu" (Competition for the position of Instructor at the Institute of Health Sciences).
The date of receipt of the documents by the University determines whether the deadline has been met.
The deadline for document submission is October 12, 2026.
The competition results will be announced by October 19, 2026.
The committee reserves the right to conduct interviews with candidates who meet the required qualification criteria.
Applications that do not meet formal requirements or are submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The outcome of the competition does not result in the establishment of an employment relationship.
The final decision regarding employment rests with the Rector.
The University reserves the right to cancel the competition for organizational reasons, without the obligation to provide a detailed justification.
