Job description
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Teach undergraduate general education humanities courses, upper-level interdisciplinary “Issues” courses (e.g., environment, science, technology, politics), and/or the Foundations of Civic Engagement course
- Plan and teach assigned courses
- Prepare syllabi and instructional materials; coordinate lectures and tests
- Mentor students professionally
- Manage courses using Canvas
- Contribute to course and/or curriculum development as applicable
- Function as an effective, collegial team member
Other duties
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

- University-level teaching experience
