Job Summary/Basic Functions
An EKU Interior Finisher Tech I completes initial construction and repairs of university floors, walls, and ceilings. Interior Finisher Tech I will have knowledge and abilities to work with various finish materials such as ceramic, plaster, drywall, paint, caulk, VCT, LVT, Carpet, etc. This position will work closely with the Craft Foreman and Structural Supervisor to complete work orders assigned in a quality, timely, and safe manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED is required
Experience: 1 year or an equivalent combination of education experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Licensure & Certifications: Requires a valid state driver's license.

- 80% - Performs the Planning, installation, maintenance and repair to address problems documented on assigned work orders and as outlined in established procedures and regulations. - (Essential)
