Position Highlights
- Full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE | 40 hours/week)
- 36 patient-facing hours and 4 protected administrative hours
- Established patient panel and strong community demand
- Light call responsibilities shared among providers
- Telephone coverage only-no in-hospital call requirements
- Excellent staff support allowing physicians to focus on patient care
- Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool fully integrated with Epic
- Commitment to delivering safe, equitable, and high-quality care for every patient
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- DEA certification required
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
- J-1 candidates are encouraged to apply
