This project aims to explore the ability of programmable single-atom micellar catalysts to selectively activate C=O, C–H, or C–C bonds depending on the reaction microenvironment. Ferric metallosurfactant micelles will be used as dynamic and adaptive nanoreactors to modulate the reactivity of species through polarity, hydration, and confinement.
