Interventional Consultative Cardiologist, Assistant/Associate/Full Professor

Candidates should:

• Be board-certified/eligible in cardiovascular disease and Interventional Cardiology.
• Have at least 1-2 years of post-fellowship experience in independent PCI/STEMI call coverage.
• Be comfortable managing a high-volume general cardiology practice, including outpatient visits and noninvasive diagnostics.
• Collaborate within a highly collegial, team-based environment where communication and shared decision-making are valued.
• Desire to live on or near the South Fork or North Fork of Long Island to ensure close proximity (~20-30 minutes) to support timely STEMI call coverage.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MD, DO or MD/PhD (or foreign equivalent).
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Board certified/eligible in both Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
• Excellence in clinical care and teaching in cardiology (inpatient and outpatient).
• U.S. work authorization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Level II training in echocardiography or advanced imaging, including nuclear training.
