• Assists with overseeing the Facilities Field Support student employee(s)...
• Provides support for software applications...
• Assists with departmental desktop equipment upgrade projects...
• Tests software applications...
• Researches and evaluates new technologies...
• Runs reports from the various systems...
• Provides support for software unique to FREAS...
• Provides basic server management...
• Maintains high level of technical knowledge...
• Establishes and maintains appropriate working relationships...
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
