"IT Support Technician (f/m/d)"

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Providing technical IT support for end users on site, by telephone or ticket system
• Diagnosis, documentation and resolution of hardware and software problems
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems, applications, mobile phones and IT workplace
• Support for audio and video conferencing systems, including setup and troubleshooting for meeting rooms and during university events
• Training and support for end users in the use of IT systems
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base
• Compliance with IT guidelines and security standards
• Collaborating with other IT teams to solve complex problems

Your strengths and skills:

• Completed IT apprenticeship, IT technical school, HTL (partial), (partial) studies in the IT field or corresponding practical experience
• Enjoy contact with students and employees
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and service orientation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 / Entra / Teams / Sharepoint / Intune / Powershell and Windows 11 (Mac and Linux desirable)
• Very good written and spoken communication skills (German and English)

Competitive compensation starting from € 36.400 yearly gross salary, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
