We are seeking a multifaceted and experienced IT Support Technician to work within our 2nd line IT support team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join a team phenomenal potential to be part of creating a culture of

Your responsibilities will include:
# Delivery of flawless support services to staff and students.
# Help support innovative approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support.
# Collaboration with diverse teams across the University to deliver joined-up IT support services, ensuring effective
implementation of solutions.
# Proactively identify and escalate IT support issues, so that timely resolutions can be delivered to ensure minimal
disruption.
# Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in information technology, sharing this knowledge to
contribute to outstanding support.
