Requirements (条件)

• Bachelor's degree (4 years)
• Japanese education qualification
• 2+ years of Japanese teaching experience (excluding education majors)
• Under 60 years old

Subjects to Teach (教授科目): Japanese conversation, listening, composition, Japanese overview, business Japanese, hotel Japanese, Japanese corner, etc.

Guidance Duties (指導要項): Exchange with Chinese Japanese teachers and students, guidance for speech contests, selection of exchange students, and judging various events in the Japanese department.

Class Hours: 14 periods per week (45 minutes each)

Work Period: Starting September 2024

Full-time (専任)

Compensation and Benefits (待遇)

• Monthly Salary: Bachelor's 8000 RMB, Master's 9000 RMB, PhD 10000 RMB
• Annual pay for 10 months (no salary for 2 summer months)
• Salary increase every 2 years (minimum 500 RMB+)
• Annual round-trip air ticket reimbursement (6500 RMB)
• Free on-campus dormitory (1LDK, utilities covered up to 6000 RMB/year)
