1. 母国語は日本語（中国に来て学校に就職する必要がある）で、2人。 (Native Japanese speaker (must come to China to work), 2 positions.)
2. 強い中国語理解能力と流暢な中国語表現能力があり、中国語の日常交流を満たすことができる。 (Strong Chinese comprehension and fluent Chinese expression for daily communication.)
3. 教育に情熱を持ち、仕事、学生に対して真剣に責任を持ち、忍耐強く、体が健康で、協力度が高い。 (Passion for education, responsible towards work and students, patient, healthy, highly cooperative.)
4. 修士以上の学歴、60歳以下。 (Master's degree or above, under 60 years old.)
