Faculty Positions and Support

I. World-renowned Faculty Position

• We seek recipients of prestigious international awards and Academicians from leading countries, with compensation tailored to individual cases.
• We are seeking individuals who have:
• Received the Nobel Prize, the A.M. Turing Award, the Fields Medal, and similar accolades.
• Been elected as Fellows of prestigious academies such as the Academy of Science or Engineering in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and others.

II. Senior Faculty Position

Requirements: Candidates should possess expertise and scholarly achievements equivalent to that of professors or associate professors at internationally esteemed universities and research institutes. They should demonstrate profound academic accomplishments, recognized by their peers globally within their respective research fields, and exhibit the ability to lead extensive research teams.

Offer package:

• Annual salary of 900,000 RMB along with 120,000 RMB housing fund and social security benefits, supplemented by prestigious publication awards without limit.
• Relocation assistance of up to 3.5 million RMB, including a one-year rent-free apartment.
• Research funding tailored to the specific needs of related research endeavors.
• Tenure-track professorship, allocated graduate student positions, priority in postdoctoral recruitment, and ample office and laboratory space.

III. Junior Faculty Position

Requirements:

• Applicants should be under the age of 40 in the natural sciences and engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated publication record in top journals within their respective fields.
• Minimum of 36 consecutive months in a formal teaching or research position.
• Currently not holding a full-time position in mainland China.

Offer Package:

• Annual salary of RMB 600,000, supplemented by a housing fund and social security benefits totaling 100,000 RMB per year, in addition to prestigious publication awards without limitation.
• Relocation assistance amounting to 2.2 million RMB, inclusive of a one-year rent-free apartment.
• Research funding ranging from RMB 2 to 6 million.

• A competitive base salary ranging from 220,000 to 300,000 RMB per year.
• Additional salary supplements of 80,000 to 100,000 RMB per year for recipients of provincial or municipal postdoctoral talent programs.
• Guaranteed minimum salary of 400,000 RMB per year for recipients of the national postdoctoral talent program.
