Job Title: JRF and Field Worker

Title of the Project: Inclusive Fintech-Bridging the gap in communities through order financing

Funded by: IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation (IBITF), IIT Bhilai Chhattisgarh

Qualification:

• JRF Essential Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering/MCA or relevant discipline, selected through a process described through any one of the following fields: Scholars who are selected through GATE and National Eligibility Tests -CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship). The selection processes through National Level Examinations conducted by the central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as ICMR/ IIT/ IISc./ DST/ DBT etc. Desirable Skills: Proficiency with the Android SDK, remote data through REST and JSON, and familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs would be given preference.
• Field Worker Essential Qualification: Any Graduate with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, proven experience in sales and marketing, strong communication and interpersonal skills would be given preferences. Desirable experience: More than 6 months as fieldwork/ sales/ marketingJR

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
• The candidate should have excellent communication
• Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
• The candidate should have good research record

Job Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Consolidated Emoluments:

• JRF: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA
• Field Worker: Rs.18,000/- + HRA

Duration of the project: 2 years (upto 31st March 2025)
