Position & Number of posts: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 01; Research Associate (RA) – 01.

Duration of the Project: 3 Years

Essential qualifications:

For JRF position: Master Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or Mathematics or Mathematical Computing or any equivalent degree with minimum 60% aggregate marks or CGPA >= 6.5 (out of 10) in UG and PG and/or BTech in Computer Science and Engineering or Mathematical Computing or any equivalent degree with minimum 75% aggregate marks or CGPA >= 7.5 (out of 10).

For RA position: Ph.D. in Cryptology with minimum 70% aggregate marks or CGPA >= 7.5 (out of 10) in UG and PG. Thesis submitted candidates can also apply. Experience in lattice-based cryptography will be given preference.

Desired qualification:

1. Good Academic record and knowledge in public key cryptography especially in Lattice-based Cryptography

2. Knowledge of provable security, linear algebra, probability, and statistics required.

Ph.D. Opportunity: JRF candidate selected for this position will have the opportunity to register for the regular Ph.D. program in IIITDM Kurnool provided JRF satisfies the eligibility criteria as per the institute guidelines.

Stipend:

For JRF position: Candidates qualified with GATE or CSIR or NBHM: (1st, 2nd years-Rs.37,000, 3rd Year-Rs.42,000) + 9% HRA

For RA position: (1st Year- Rs.58,000, 2nd Year-Rs.61,000, 3rd Year-Rs.63,000) +9% HRA
