Job Title: JRF/ Project Associate (Project work into a Ph.D. program)

Title of the project: Integrity assessment of space shells using Artificial Neural Network

Sponsored by: BITS

Department: Mechanical Engineering

Qualification: B-Tech: Mechanical engineering + M-tech: Machine design or related disciplines.

PhD Registration: The selected candidate needs to register for Ph.D. at the institute as per rules and regulations of BITS-Pilani.

Candidate record: The candidate should have a good academic record. Candidates having good knowledge in Strength of materials, Advanced Strength of Materials, Finite Element Analysis will be given preference. Expertise in programming is also desired. The candidate may have to do numerical studies and experiments as part of the project. Preference will be given to candidates having a Gate score.

Duration of the project: 5 Years.

Job Location: Bits Pilani, Goa Campus

Consolidated Pay: Rs.37,000 – Rs.42,000 per month (based on the year of PhD and performance)
