The National Institute of Technology (formerly known as Regional Engineering College) Tiruchirappalli, situated in the heart of Tamil Nadu on the banks of the river Cauvery, was started as a joint and co-operative venture of the Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu during 1964 with a view to catering to the needs of man-power in technology for the Country. The College has subsequently been conferred with autonomy in financial and administrative matters to achieve rapid development.

Project Title:

Essential Qualification:

• JRF: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization with First Division and a Qualified GATE or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization with First Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
• Project Associate – I: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Project Associate – II: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization from a recognized university or equivalent with 2 years of experience in the relevant field to the project.
• Desirable: Understanding the fundamentals of antennas theory, working knowledge of CST Microwave Studio / HFSS, Good technical paper writing skills

Pay Scale:

• For JRF: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA
• For Project Associate – I: Rs. 25,000/- + HRA
• For Project Associate – II: Rs.28,000/- + HRA

Duration:

9 months (Initially for 3 months, extendable up to 9 months)
