Job Title: JRF/ Project Associate

Project Title: The Synthesis of Less Explored, Axially Chiral Non-Symmetrical Imidazolium Salts and Related NHCs for Catalytic and Material Applications.

Essential Qualification: MSc in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Inorganic Chemistry or any other equivalent discipline with a minimum 55% mark or CGPA.

Desirable: Preference will be given to those candidates with research experience in synthetic chemistry (organic/ inorganic/ organometallic) and interested in pursuing Ph.D. at CUTN.

Tenant of Position: 3 years from the start of the project or till the end of the project period whichever is earlier. The age limit is 28 years (to be relaxed as per the rules of the Government of India).

Monthly Fellowship: (i) For scholars selected through UGC-CSIR-NET/GATE or any other equivalent National level examinations: Rs. 31,000/ + HRA for two years and 35,000/+ HRA for the third year (as per SERB and Institute norms). (ii) For scholars who do not fall under (i) above: Rs. 25,000/ + HRA for two years and 28,000/+ HRA for the third year (as per SERB and Institute norms).
