Essential Qualifications: M. Tech in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation/ Materials Science / Mechanical/ Nanoengineering or M. Sc in relevant discipline with qualified GATE /NET score

Project Duration: The project duration is of three years. However, the post is purely temporary on contract basis with an initial appointment for a period of one year, which may be extended up to 3 years/ end of the project whichever is earlier, based on candidate’s performance and project completion date.

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
• The candidate should have excellent communication
• Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
• The candidate should have good research record

Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- p.m + admissible HRA for first two years and Rs. 35,000/- p.m. + admissible HRA for third year (After qualifying for the position of SRF)
